      On 19-2-2014 Facbook Declared that they have bought Whatsapp Service at US $19Billion Which was the Highest Payment. $4 Billion was Cash Payment. $12 Billion in Facebook shares and $3 billion in restricted stock units to be granted to Whats App's founders Jan Koum and Brian Acton.  Currentntly There is 55 Employee working on Facebook.
