Adobe was founded in 1982 by John Warnock and Charles Geschke. Adobe is the global leader in digital marketing  and digital media solutions.  Adobe is a leading software company. The company has focused upon the creation of multimedia and creativity software products; Adobe produces software products like Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver and cloud fusion. It is best known for the Portable Document Format (PDF) and Adobe Creative Suite, later Adobe Creative Cloud. Its graphics design, imaging, dynamic media, and authoring tools enable customers to create, publish and deliver visually rich content for various types of media.

        John Warnock and Charles Geschke were worked at Xerox's Palo Alto Research Center (PARC).  Then they Intersperses language evolved into Adobe's PostScript, which when combined with hardware from Apple computer formed the first desktop publishing (DTP) system. Adobe's PostScript technology made it easier to print text and images from a computer, revolutionizing media and publishing where anyone could set type, compose documents, images and print them as they appeared on the screen electronically.  They brought their product to the market, allowing business users to greatly improve the quality and efficiency of their document production, and thus began an entire industry. Adobe's corporate logo, featuring the stylized "A", was designed by Marva Warnock, she is wife of John Warnock, who is also a graphic designer.
